Pig launchers-receivers for cleaning and intelligent pigs KVS-Z (P) are designed to periodically launch-receive in-line pigs - flaw detectors, cleaning scrapers and other devices.

Application is launching-receiving stations of cleaning and inspection tools in gas pipelines with DN 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500,  700, 800, 1000, 1200 mm, operating under pressure up to 8.0 (4.0) MPa.

KVS-G are designed for installation on pipelines with fluid type: Natural gas СН4 ... С5Н12 with mass fractions of max: СО2 - 2%; N2 = 2.5%; H2S - 0.02 g / sm3; water and condensate - max 15 g/sm3; Mechanical impurities - max 0.05 g/sm3, associated gas.

Climatic design  - U (HL), location category is 1 according to GOST 15150  (ambient temperature from -45 °C (-60 °C) to + 45 ° C). Seismic category of pig launcher-receiver installation areas  - up to 9 of 12 points.

Pig launchers are manufactured in two modifications according to the location of inlet (exit) relative to the flow direction: left (L) and right (P)
