Pig launchers-receivers are designed to periodically launch-receive in-line pigs - flaw detectors, cleaning scrapers and other devices.

Application is launching-receiving stations of cleaning and inspection tools in pipelines with DN 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500,  700, 800, 1000, 1200 mm, operating under pressure up to 8.0 (4.0) MPa.

KVS are designed for installation on pipelines with fluid type: Crude oil with a kinematic viscosity of 0.05 - 1*10^-4 m²/sec and density of 700-900 kg/m³, petroleum products.

Climatic design  - U (HL), location category is 1 according to GOST 15150  (ambient temperature from -45 °C (-60 °C) to + 45 ° C). Seismic category of pig launcher-receiver installation areas  - up to 9 of 12 points.

Pig launchers are manufactured in two modifications according to the location of inlet (exit) relative to the flow direction: left (L) and right (P)
