In Bashkortostan, the winners of the mentoring competition among enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity" were determined
The contest "Best Mentoring Practices", which was held among enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity", has ended in the Republic of Bashkortostan. This was told by the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Belarus Airat Fakhretdinov.
— The competition was held in order to identify and disseminate best practice mentoring to increase productivity, encourage and recognize mentors who have made a significant contribution to the development of mentoring and replication of effective practices in the republic. Ranking and selection of best practices were carried out by members of the competition commission according to criteria such as effectiveness, uniqueness, the possibility of replication and scaling. The Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkortostan expresses gratitude to all participants of the competition, — said Airat Fakhretdinov.
Thus, according to the results of voting in the nomination "Mentoring in the field of labor productivity improvement", Peton Construction LLC was recognized as the winner, which presented the project "Increasing labor productivity at the pipeline insulation site through the formation of a mentoring institute".
The second and third places were taken by LLC "NPF "VISMA" and LLC IPP "New Technologies", respectively.
In the nomination "Mentoring in the professional development of youth", JSC "Bashkortostan Suburban Passenger Company" was recognized as the winner, JSC "Belebeyevsky Plant "Avtonormal" was the finalist.
