Line heaters

Heaters PPT-0.2G (ZhМ), PP-0.63 (АМZh), PBT-1.6М (Zh), PP-1.6 (АМZh), PP-4 (В, Zh) are designed for heating oil and petroleum products during transportation as well as oil emulsions at oil treatment plants. Equipped with the automation system BUK-5PUR or SA-PNG.M (based on the Direct Logic controller) which provides automatic protection in the following cases: 1. Flame failure of the main and pilot burners; 2. The fuel pressure at the combustion chambers below the operating values; 3. Increasing the oil heating temperature; 4. Reduction of the intermediate coolant level below the operating level; 5. Increasing the pressure of the heated product.
